Domains and DNS

Domains is in the menu and as a dashboard tile. Type only the name (sasho) — the site opens at sasho.plus-the-admin-root-domain, no registrar DNS. Custom host (paid plans): add the domain, copy nameservers at the registrar. Below the list: Buy a new domain.

The platform subdomain is for anyone with a site. Add domain for a purchased host is missing on the free plan. Type the host without http. HTTPS comes from the host (AutoSSL).

Buy a new domain: type the business name. You see free addresses and the yearly price. Available-only sits next to Check. Buy opens the partner already on that extension.

Nameservers

Settings shows ns1 and ns2 (this host: ns1.eu108.jethosting.com and ns2.eu108.jethosting.com). Copy all puts both on the clipboard.

At the registrar use the nameserver fields. Do not point a random A record unless support gave you the fallback IP.

Automatic on the host

If cPanel is connected, zone and vhost are created when you add the domain here. You do not wait for a manual addon domain.

After green status open http and https. Old site still showing = DNS cache or leftover A record. Keep old hosting until the new host is visible.

Platform subdomain

The field is the name only. The parent domain is set in admin (today eposgrup.com, later maybe lai.bg). You do not pick which domain — type sasho and get sasho.that-domain. cPanel creates the subdomain automatically.

One platform subdomain per site. Changing the name removes the old one. Deleting here also removes it in cPanel.

Buy a new domain

Under connected domains, type a name without the TLD. We check popular endings. Free names show the yearly price.

Buy opens the partner with the exact ending you picked. More extensions lists every ending there. Then come back and add the purchased host to the site.

Open Domains

Menu or tile. Platform address first, then a custom domain if the plan includes it.

Platform name

Type only the label. The site opens at name.root-domain. No registrar DNS.

Custom domain

Settings → ns1 and ns2 at the registrar. Check DNS. Open the new host.

Watch-outs

Up to 24h is normal. Keep sharing /s/… until green.

No nameserver field at the registrar? Settings may show a fallback IP — ask before A records.
