App notifications

A new lead, an expiring plan or a ticket reply lands in Alerts. On the installed app the phone can buzz, and the icon shows a red badge with the unread count.

On the website the item is in the dashboard menu. In the app it is top-right. Push works after you allow notifications — on iPhone only if LAI is on the home screen.

In the app

After sign-in the dashboard has a Turn on notifications card. Allow it. Then a system banner appears on a lead or a billing reminder, even if LAI is closed.

The red badge on the icon is the unread count. The bell top-right opens the same list.

On a computer

The dashboard menu has Alerts with a red badge when something is new. That is not desktop push — use the phone for vibration.

Install

From /download put LAI on the home screen.

Allow

On the dashboard tap Allow notifications and confirm.

The bell and the icon badge appear on a new lead.

Watch-outs

If you denied once, the browser hides the prompt. Enable notifications in Chrome/Safari settings for LAI.

The LAI app LAI on the phone is for leads, stats, plans, help and profile. It is not the builder. Install from /download on the website. After it is on the home screen, you sign in. Leads The public form lands here and emails the owner. Search by name and phone, filter by site. Archive hides finished rows without deleting them. Plans and checkout Free is 0.00, no card.
